    Eastern Chamber held 3 training programs for women through Feb.

     
     



    The Eastern Chamber held during the month of February, four specialized training programs for women, designed to upgrade the performance of the women working in the private sector, especially to deal with the latest technical and administrative work. The first will be in the Chamber's headquarters in Dammam, for five days starting next Sunday and runs until February 20, 2014. Entitled (human resources management), several themes including: human resources concept and its relevance and its subdivisions, analysis and job description, Secretary of human resources and functions, in addition to the functions of the Director, and the importance of a human resources departments and other departments. As to the preparation and qualification of women cadres specializing in human resource management through giving the skills and knowledge necessary for this theme. It is aimed at employees and officials of human resources departments in the institutions and private companies, and in the evening another date set for Sunday 23 and runs until February 27.
    In the same period the Chamber organized the second training program entitled (creativity) for three days incubating the business women's Center in Khobar where aims to familiarize themselves with the concept of creativity, and the ability to assess both what is an innovative and professional values, and generate productive and effective capacities and reliability and excellence in performance and ability to manage crises and create new opportunities in the market and the diversity of experience and job knowledge. The program discusses several areas on three main units: the first (excellence in creativity), and second (and creativity), and third (proceed towards excellence)
    The third program (skills to deal with the pressures of work) which is held for two days and in the afternoon of Tuesday 18 to 19 Feb 2014 in Dammam is to give trainees and participants the necessary skills and knowledge that enable them to cope with the pressures of working in a highly positive and effective work sphere. The program reviews the pressures of work, analysis of human behavior and its relationship to pressure, and the effect of work stress, and a strategy to deal with the pressures of work and the importance of time management in treating stress, finally discovering the sources of work pressure, as the program is aimed at all employees in various sectors.
